The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our growing Advertiser Pricing team. The right person is passionate about leveraging data to solve complex business challenges and drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will lead strategic pricing initiatives, optimize advertiser pricing and marketplace performance, and influence key business decisions through data-driven insights. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Account Management to develop scalable analytical solutions that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
Own pricing strategy and optimization for a complex portfolio of advertisers, products, or marketplace segments, independently identifying opportunities and driving recommendations from analysis through implementation.
Lead deep-dive analyses on pricing, marketplace dynamics, advertiser performance, and revenue trends to inform high-impact business decisions.
Develop and refine pricing frameworks, methodologies, and decision tools that can be scaled across the broader advertiser portfolio.
Own key components of yield and revenue forecasting, including model development, scenario planning, forecast accuracy, and communication of risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
Design and lead pricing experiments, including hypothesis development, test design, measurement methodology, results interpretation, and recommendations for broader rollout.
Identify emerging marketplace trends and proactively recommend pricing or business strategy changes before they materially impact performance.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations on complex pricing and marketplace questions.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership, including the expected financial impact, tradeoffs, and risks.
Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives from problem definition through implementation and performance measurement.
Drive automation and scalability across pricing workflows, reporting, monitoring, and decision-making processes.
Establish best practices for analytical rigor, pricing measurement, and performance monitoring across the team.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, BI, CS, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Demonstrated experience independently owning complex analytical projects and translating findings into measurable business outcomes.
Proven ability to organize and analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
Experience developing forecasting, optimization, or analytical models and evaluating model performance over time.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, etc.).
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical thinking, business judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Experience in digital advertising, marketplace businesses, e-commerce, fintech, or related industries is preferred.
Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
*Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus & Equity

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
