The EU Account Management Team
Our European team manages a growing portfolio of enterprise advertisers across multiple verticals and markets.We focus on delivering strong performance against client KPIs while identifying scalable growth opportunities across our network.
The EU Account Management team is responsible for:
Retaining and growing revenue across our advertiser portfolio
Onboarding and scaling new advertiser launches (currently averaging 4 per month)
Ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs quickly and sustainably
Driving performance optimisation, testing, and long-term strategic growth
Acting as trusted performance partners to our clients
The Role
As an Account Specialist, you will support the EU Account Management team by owning repeatable operational workflows across a portfolio of key advertisers.
This is a graduate-level position designed to build a strong foundation in performance marketing and account management. For the first 12–18 months, your focus will be execution excellence, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, pacing is accurate, reporting is clear, and internal processes run efficiently.
You will work across 2–3 Account Managers and report directly to a Senior Account Manager (line manager), who will support your development, progression and workload management.
Your work will directly enable senior managers to focus on strategic growth, revenue expansion, and client development as the business scales toward its next phase of growth.
Progression within the role will be based on demonstrated mastery of core processes and consistent performance over time.

What Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
Must have authorization to live and work in the UK and be able to travel to the US without sponsorship
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across the EU team
Strong analytical ability and confidence working with structured data
Proficiency in Excel (comfortable using formulas, manipulating datasets and identifying trends)
Interest in emerging technologies and AI tools, with confidence using them to improve efficiency and workflows
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise during busy launch periods
Dependable, accountable, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
